Site Statement and Disclosure

Turbo List Mailer is an internet advertising program. Turbo List Mailer is NOT an MLM, Pyramid Scheme, or Get-Rich-Quick program. We do not require you to pay any fees ever to join and participate on our site. We do not require you to have a website or sell any product to use our service. We do not require you to refer anyone to our site to use our service. You will not get rich by using our program.

GDPR and Cyber Security

Please note all data stored is entered at your own risk. There are many members joining each day looking at ads and emails and collecting data. Please be vigilant in your own data submissions.

If you require your information to be removed, please send a support ticket or alternatively read:

By registering for Turbo List Mailer you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

MEMBERSHIP

You may only register for one Turbo List Mailer account.

Members MUST use their LEGAL NAME when registering. Users identified as NOT USING their LEGAL NAME will be suspended pending review.

We do not provide services or sell products to children. By using Turbo List Mailer, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older. If you are below the age of 18, you may not use Turbo List Mailer unless and until you have provided a signed document by your legal guardian that specifically permits and allows you to become a FREE member only.

Persons under the age of 18 will only be able to acquire units of advertising and will not be able to participate in any contests that may be promoted until they are above the age of 18 and have provided proof of becoming 18 years of age or older.

If you are a minor, please do not provide us or other website visitors with any personal information other than the above-mentioned letter. Under no circumstances should you divulge any personal information regarding your location, phone number, or pictures to anyone via any chatroom that may be incorporated with Turbo List Mailer.

ADVERTISING

You may not promote Turbo List Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other mailers, traffic exchanges, or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Turbo List Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming will result in the removal of your Turbo List Mailer account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Turbo List Mailer. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to promote a URL and any content it contains. Turbo List Mailer is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issue.

Splash pages and the artwork for them are the artistic and intellectual property of the person who created them and may not be used without their permission. The only exception is banners, emails, and splash pages that are part of the Turbo List Mailer affiliate toolbox.

Using splash pages, ads, and graphics that clearly belong to someone else without permission is against our TOS and will not be tolerated. Offenders may have their account suspended or removed.

URL RULES

Before submitting a URL to Turbo List Mailer, please read these rules very carefully and ensure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to it. Your Turbo List Mailer account may also be deleted.

  • All sites must be at least 90% English. All others will not be allowed unless there is a visible translator.
  • No sites with illegal activity.
  • No frame-breaking sites.
  • No ads with hidden I-frames.
  • No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
  • No adult content. Must be family-friendly.
  • No randomizers, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi schemes, "get rich quick" schemes, cyclers, or PTP pages.
  • No revenue share (revshare) programs.
  • No cash-gifting programs.
  • No HYIPs or “investment autosurfs.”
  • No excessive alerts, confirmations, or prompts. No more than one exit pop-up allowed.
  • No auto-play audio or video. All media must have an on/off switch.
  • No banner farms.

Turbo List Mailer reserves the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

YOU MAY NOT:

  • Use robot/auto surf software of any kind.
  • Promote immoral, illegal, or illicit websites.
  • Promote adult, hate, racist, or offensive material.
  • Use any language other than English as the predominant language.
  • Use an autoresponder email that automatically blocks replies (Spam Arrest, SpamCop, mail blocks, etc.).
  • Use an email address that prohibits receipt of emails from Turbo List Mailer.
  • Send unsolicited email attempting to promote Turbo List Mailer.
  • Refuse delivery of or fail to read mail from Turbo List Mailer.

If you do, your account will be suspended and any credits/services, including Free and Paid services, will be lost.

Only one person is allowed to use one account. Surfing 24 hours straight is not permitted.

You acknowledge Turbo List Mailer is not an investment program, multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment Program, auto-surf, randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi scheme, or get-rich-quick scheme. You agree not to use our service for any illegal, immoral, or illicit purpose. If you do not accept these terms, you must leave this site immediately.

The user agrees not to operate hardware or software designed to bypass the systems developed by Turbo List Mailer for the benefit of all users.

Payments

Commissions (minimum $50) are paid via PayPal and Wise within 30 days.

A withdrawal request must be sent to support within the mailer.

Cash prizes are paid within 30–60 days.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All payments for credits, upgrades, and other purchases on Turbo List Mailer are final and nonrefundable.

For purchase issues, contact admin (response within 48 hours).

No refunds under any circumstances.

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and possible network-wide banning.

Payment requests to verified processors (including free upgrades from contests or promotions) may take up to 30 days. Repeated payout requests may push requests further down the queue.
